Good Neighbor Reminders

Please remember to keep the following in mind with respect to your neighbors

•  Boat, trailers, truck-campers, motor boats and commercial vehicles are not allowed on the street or on your property for more than 48 hours in any 30- day period.

•  Trash containers should not be put out until Sunday evening and should be removed by Monday evening. Please make arrangements with your neighbors if you are out of town.

•  Dogs must be leashed when not fenced in or within your house. Please keep them out of your neighbors yards and remember to pick up after all pets.

• If you’re planning to make a change to your property including any construction, additions, modifications, painting, fencing, or even planting large bushes or trees, please carefully review the HOA’s CC&Rs (plus all additions / amendments) to see if you need to submit an ARB request form prior to building / installing / painting / planting!
