Windstorm Park HOA 2019 Annual Meeting of Members

December 7th, 2019

Attendees:

Brennan Burns, Brian Cooper, Jean Vandermerghel, Lisa Barton Mullins, Deborah Aronson

• Board President Brennan Burns reviewed 2019 year to date balance sheet and budget.
• Motion made by Brennan Burns to nominate Brian Cooper and Lisa Barton Mullins to fill two vacant board positions. Motion seconded by Jean Vandermerghel and Deborah Aronson. Unanimous vote from all members in attendance to add Brian Cooper and Lisa Barton Mullins to the board.
• Motion made by Brennan Burns to set 2020 annual assessment at $150, discounted to $125 if paid prior to 3/1/2020. Motion seconded by Brian Cooper. Unanimous vote from all members in attendance to set 2020 annual assessment at $150 with $25 discount for early payment.
• Board discussed encouraging HOA members to be active on the Board, supporting increased member participation
• Board discussed improved communication and informing members of the windstormpark.com website and encouraging members to check it when there are questions.
• Discussed 2020 Annual Meeting of Members (date TBD, March timeframe). Notices will be sent out to HOA members 30 days prior to the meeting, inviting all members to attend.
• Brian Cooper volunteered to assume Treasurer position until another volunteer offers.
• Lisa Barton Mullins re-joined the Board as a member, to share expertise and past history.

On December 28th, please come and enjoy the Windstorm Park HOA Holiday House Crawl.  Volunteers offer a Holiday Cheer drink and Snack and we proceed to four homes. 5-8 pm, beginning at 5 pm, 954 NE Clear Creek Way.
