2022 Annual Meeting Scheduled – 1/22 at 11AM

Our annual meeting will occur on Saturday, January 22nd, 2022 at 11AM at the home of Deborah Aronson, HOA Secretary – 954 NE Clear Creek Way. All board members and homeowners are warmly invited. The agenda for that meeting is posted below:

Old Business

-Read and approve 2021 annual meeting minutes

-Summary of last two years

-2021 budget review

-Confirmation of current board members, officers

New Business

-Discuss options for streamlining / outsourcing the invoicing / collecting dues process

-Discuss option for other members of household (non-owners on paper) to serve on HOA board

-Discuss action plan for wall upkeep

-Approve 2022 budget, set 2022 dues

Adjourn

Distribute “Friendly Neighbors” reminder and “HOA Cheat Sheet” resources.
